INGREDIENTS

  1. ½ tsp Cinnamon
  2. ¼ tsp Ginger
  3. ¼ tsp Five Spice
  4. ¼ tsp Turmeric
  5. pinch of Black Pepper
  6. 2 Bananas
  7. 1½ cups / 150g Oats
  8. 4 tbsp Cooked Pumpkin

BANANA OAT PUMPKIN SPICED COOKIES RECIPE



METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 350F / 180C.
  2. Grind the oats in a coffee grinder or small bullet blender.
  3. Mash the bananas and pumpkin together.
  4. Mix everything together to make your cookie dough.
  5. Spoon on the cookie dough onto a non-stick surface.
  6. Bake for about 20 mins until golden.
  7. Eat straight away or they can be stored in the fridge for about 3 days.
