Ingredients:
5 oz. melted dark unsweetened chocolate (Lilys Chocolate)
1 teaspoon stevia
7 oz. cream cheese, softened
½ cup Peanut Butter, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. First, In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients listed and mix them with a help of fork.
  2. Then, Let the whole mixture set in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  3. Next, With a help of your hands, roll out small pieces of the mixture and place them in a serving platter.
  4. If you want you can refrigerate them for another 30 minutes, or eat them right away.
  5. Then, Store in refrigerate
